      This person left the company and posted this after they left. They were not a good fit for an energetic fast moving and fun environment. The CEO has his finger on the pulse, as is appropriate, He does empower his team to be the best they can be. We are lucky to have a strong record of very low employee turnover (<5%/yr) and loyal customers.

      Unfortunately this person was let go for cause and said they would write bad reviews everywhere. It is painful for all of us when an employee does not succeed. We are a close working family and our care for each other is a big part of our culture. It is equally sad when a person leaves and write something like this, attempting to harm their former teammates. We continue to wish them the best of luck on their next adventure.

      Great place to work, partnership between CR team it’s awesome, they give you the best technology to accomplish your goals.

      Cons

      Most of the time, the goals of the CEO and Engineering VP are unrealistic. Unfortunately, the relationship between the CR team and foreign colleagues is very difficult. We often encounter cultural problems and disagreements. Higher levels in the company do not respect your time and experience. They assign people without experience to roles they do not deserve. If you express something that is wrong, they do not take any action.
