      Pros

      disruptive technology high value to customers when adopted lots of support fanatical customers open door policy for the most part

      Cons

      none I can think of at the moment from a sales perspective its one of the hardest solutions to sell but i would classify a this challenge as a con unless you are weak sales person

      Pros

      There are no pros at this company. If I were you I would stay away, far away. All you have to do it look at the rapid turnover rate - You will be amazed and not in a good way.

      Cons

      All I can say is look at other glass door reviews, they are very truthful. The real con is that a lot of former Microsoft executives are in senior level and C level roles and have brought essentially the same bad habit and practices over. I feel like I am always looking my shoulder and waiting for the next barrage.
