      Pros

      You have the freedom to propose/implement different leading edge technologies for the software/platform you will build.

      Cons

      Not a big company. I came from a software company with 100k+ employees and I was a bit culture shocked at first. But after getting the hang of it, it's all natural. There are still rooms for improvement in terms of software development processes, but I took it an opportunity to bring change that will benefit the project as a whole.

      * Decent Salary * Awesome projects that add good weight to your profile * Great Team * Support you in getting employment in UAE if you are an expat who hasn't been to UAE before

      Cons

      * The don't have a branch in Abu Dhabi. This makes it a bit cumbersome for getting some things like a driving license.
