      Pros

      Remote for majority of the company, and there are some really talented individuals. The product is very well built.

      Cons

      There appears to be a gap in structured leadership and planning, resulting in reactive decision making, limited accountability, and a lack of clear direction. Unfortunately due to lots of competition I cannot see a positive outlook for this company.

      Cons

      High-growth stage of startup so not suited for those who want lots of defined processes, red tape, etc. that you'd get in a large corporation or Fortune500 company.
