Pros

Good only for recent graduates. Young team which is good.

Cons

Small company, their product is not well known and the manager seems approachable, but since is a small company they don't offer any benefits, only comission. The manager was argumentative even asks why would you need benefits(?) And would question if you are sick. Which makes you wonder what type of company and management treats employees like that.

Thanks for the feedback, we are always looking to improve. We are willing to negotiate benefits in lower management positions, but unfortunately in entry-level positions that is not available. Im sorry you didn't have a good experience, and we are committed to always getting better.

Pros

The BEST Sales training you could possibly have They teach you how to be successful, how to maintain a positive attitude Practical business training, they fully train you how to run the entire office and are extremely invested in employee development into management and owner positions. The opportunity to travel Apex Marketing was the best experience in a workplace I have ever had. The training I received was beyond phenomenal and management was stern, fair, and motivating. The income potential is incredible and they teach you the value in earning your money and not sitting around waiting for it. I'm using the skills I learned at Apex in my new career and having amazing results. I recommend anyone interested in a career in sales or business management or entrepreneurship to work at this office. This job is not easy, but it's insanely rewarding for those who have the drive and focus to listen to your trainers and have a student mentality. The company vacations are very nice too... tropical get aways for top earners!

Cons

Intimidating - By this I mean, at first glance, this job looks less than appealing. I almost didn't go back after my first day because I thought "How could I possibly do this?". With the guidance and training I received from everyone in the amazing work environment I was able to rise to the top and start earning more than I thought was possible for someone my age. Not for the weak. You need to develop thick skin to survive.

Thank you for your review. We have revamped our compensation structure, and no longer have fully commission based pay.
