      good pay package (especially if you started 4+ years ago) good teammates for the most part

      Cons

      culture has gotten away from decentralized autonomy to centralized control out of head office in China - meaning disconnect vs. reality on the ground in the Americas. Toxic culture of 996 - working 9 to 9, 6 days a week - even if it just means "appearing" to be working just so others can see you working. People leaving en mass and turnover is extremely high.
