We from the leadership team are doing all possible things to keep the morale of our employees high and have an employee-centric approach. That is the kind of culture our founders of this company believe in. We are super proud of our culture and the impact it created on people working with us. Also our Employees from our organization bring a lot of challenges to us and we approach that with an open mindset. That’s the trust and confidence our employees have in us. We are spending our time and effort to help everyone who joins our org to be successful both personally and professionally. I would suggest you come and talk to the HR team and give a little more information on the issues you are facing. Sometimes it can just be a communication gap. Have trust and confidence with the HR team and have a discussion with us.
