      Growing company plenty of opportunities, diversified customer base.

      Cons

      Politics and favoritism rule and ideas are ignored. Company prefers the budy system above talent.

      Pros

      External manufacturing training. Company buying other companies to expand. Former middle management wants growth.

      Cons

      Discrepancies with pay, hostile senior staff, high turnover, unavailable corporate employees, empty promises, favoritism & senior internal staff discourages new projects.

      Great company few complaints

      Pros

      Great staff, always looking out for one another. Can be very open with upper management and be heard freely.

      Cons

      Favoritism in the company is apparent and chatted about between employees openly, which upsets some.
