Anderson Process interview questions

Upbeat and personable and felt very comfortable. I just wanted to put something in small and this app will not let me enter anything less than 30 words. Still not enough words. (this is a stupid thing for glassdoor)

I was interviewed over the phone by human resources, then was scheduled for an in-person interview with the hiring manager. At that interview (that I drove 3 hours to) I was told that the position was not for the area I lived near, and he wanted someone in that area.
