Pros

Friendly and professional teammates — communication across projects is respectful and collaborative. The company offers solid growth opportunities, including a mentorship track (ARM program) that lets engineers develop leadership skills alongside their technical work. Remote-friendly setup and flexible schedule make it easy to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Project variety is another strong point: you get exposure to different domains and clients, which helps broaden your engineering experience.

Cons

As with most service companies, a lot depends on the specific client project you're assigned to, so experience can vary from team to team. There can also be short bench periods between projects, which is part of the outsourcing model rather than something specific to Andersen.

Pros

I’ve had a very positive experience working at this company, especially when it comes to employee support and engagement. One of the standout aspects is the continuous effort made to stay connected with new employees throughout their onboarding journey. The team ensures that every new joiner feels welcomed, supported, and comfortable in their assigned role right from the start. There is a strong focus on understanding individual needs—regular check-ins are conducted to make sure employees are settling in well and receiving the guidance required to perform effectively on their projects. The company regularly organizes various events and activities that help employees take a break from their routine technical work.

Cons

One area that could be improved is the dependency on client timelines. At times, processes tend to slow down due to delays from the client side, which can impact project momentum and delivery schedules.

Pros

One of the biggest advantages of working at Andersen is the opportunity to work on large and interesting international projects across various domains and markets. This provides valuable experience and expertise in different fields, as well as the chance to collaborate with highly skilled professionals in international teams. In addition, thanks to the company's internal learning system, employees have access to useful courses and other resources, creating great opportunities for professional growth and development. Moreover, whenever needed, it is always possible to receive help and support from colleagues and management. I would also like to highlight the interesting corporate events, workshops, and the excellent office located in the center of Warsaw.
