Excellent leaders, in technical perspective they're among the most skillful people in data sector. You can learn so much in a relaxed environment. They're also very friendly. If you're passionate about learning but don't know where to start testing your skills, this workplace is suited for you. Hierarchy related problems, mobbing etc. are non-existant. Cons
Weak corporate structure due to being relatively a young company. They have KomtaÅŸ backing them up , so things are improving but slowly. You need to be well-organized on your own sometimes. Don't expect too much for salary and extras. It's not on the same level with bigger companies.
