      Intern Experience, don't waste your long long hours working for nothing.

      Pros

      If you plan to work in the semi-conductor industry as an engineer, this would be a great internship. Concept and software is great.

      Cons

      You work as a contractor for "stock" no salary. Owner will be fair and provide a place for you to stay and if needed pocket money, but you better have a savings account ready to be depleted. CEO is the only management, only decision maker therefore what constitutes for a sales strategy is what ever he pleases. Has no issue telling off prospective clients if he doesn't like a statement or question they made. Volatile personality.

      Pros

      The people working in this company are brilliant, and I have learned a lot from them. I was able to survive this place only because of them.

      Cons

      This company’s biggest problem is Cliff, a guy who runs the place like a clown show. He claims to come from the semiconductor industry but clearly has no idea what he's talking about. His ideas are impractical, and his deadlines are absurd. He boasts about always working, but in reality, he just sits around barking orders, micromanaging everyone, buying cheap junk for the office off Amazon, and sending out pointless emails about his so-called "ideas" that almost never pan out. If you're a woman or not American, get ready for blatantly racist and sexist remarks. He treats his employees horribly, acting like he knows more than everyone when, in fact, most of his team is far more knowledgeable and competent than he could ever hope to be.
