Pros

The people working in this company are brilliant, and I have learned a lot from them. I was able to survive this place only because of them.

Cons

This company’s biggest problem is Cliff, a guy who runs the place like a clown show. He claims to come from the semiconductor industry but clearly has no idea what he's talking about. His ideas are impractical, and his deadlines are absurd. He boasts about always working, but in reality, he just sits around barking orders, micromanaging everyone, buying cheap junk for the office off Amazon, and sending out pointless emails about his so-called "ideas" that almost never pan out. If you're a woman or not American, get ready for blatantly racist and sexist remarks. He treats his employees horribly, acting like he knows more than everyone when, in fact, most of his team is far more knowledgeable and competent than he could ever hope to be.

Pros

Some of the most fun and smart people I have worked with. They are the only ones I was able to learn any layout design from. All of them are unfortunately also victim to how badly Cliff, the CEO, treats everyone. Oh also, if he hasn’t already told you, Fuzzy’s next door has tacos half off 3-6.

Cons

Cliff. He is the con. The con man. He tricks everyone by tempting them with “stock” which is worthless, I’d much rather have Monopoly money. Says he’ll manage your stay but that’s it, will have to pay for everything else. He is very racist, especially towards the asian employees as he pays the Americans in cash, and pays the others in “stock”. He is extremely rude to his employees, is demeaning to them, and gets mad at them when he’s the one not understanding, telling them they’re the ones who are bad at communicating. Calls employees at 10-11 at night and gets mad when they don’t pick up. This was all a year ago, I can only imagine how many more people have fallen victim to this stock bait.

Pros

Absolutely none. Do not work here

Cons

Cliff Wiener (ceo) is exploitative of all employees, requires a minimum of 80 hours a week and 7 days of work a week. Cliff Wiener is racist and becomes seething with anger at the mention of Asia or any Middle Eastern country or even companies that are not exclusively white. Cliff Wiener screams at employees for not performing at a senior level of their position when all employees are fresh out of college. Cliff Wiener has fired me and other coworkers on multiple occasions for not working 7 days a week. Cliff Wiener has on multiple occasions made racist remarks to me and got mad whenever I did not agree. Cliff has yelled in employees face and devalued them for not producing at a higher level. Cliff will not pay you fairly; he requires a minimum of 3 months of free work to ensure you are "committed to the company", and even after that he will not pay you any more than minimum wage. If you are an immigrant worker seeking a job opportunity for your H1B, he will likely never pay you, and even if he does, the most pay you will ever receive is $750 a month. The company is a startup, in research and development mode, however, the ceo, Cliff Wiener, has no intention of ever making a sale. He turns down every potential investor in the company, as he never has any intention of paying his workers livable salaries. He claims to be progressing in sales, however anytime a potential customer is found, he always finds an excuse to not sell to them, with the majority of the time their race or religion plays the deciding factor. Cliff comes from money and has never actually produced any revenue himself and never plans on it. He enjoys having total control over his employees lives and making them miserable by calling them every single morning and telling them they need to work. If he feels he does not have this control over you, he will make up any excuse he can to fire you. Cliff is not a fair boss. Cliff is not a good human being. Do not work here under any circumstances.
