Shareholders and upper management have no concept of providing consistent expectations. Codebase is a mess with no prioritization of tackling tech debt. New versions of products don't address any code smells, anti patterns, known issues, or tech debt - just slap a few extra features on it and charge customers for the upgrade. Also waaaaay too enthusiastic about slapping AI on everything with no clear direction.

highly negative work culture no process , already there are priority in hand task, they align another tasks and ask to do the in hand tasks later. no proper process , if you work according to them , if they say sit you sit if they say stand you stand than you are good employee and you will get promoted even if you have skill , talent or not at all. negative leadership , they will create a circumstances where you feel pressurized and you will leave or resign from job. if they dont like you even your work is clear , they will not support you.
