      Collaborative and supportive team culture. Everyone is willing to help and share knowledge. Opportunity to work on innovative and impactful products in network security. Leadership genuinely cares about employees' well-being and professional growth. Flexible work policies, including hybrid or remote options. Transparent communication and a flat hierarchy make it easy to voice ideas and suggestions

      Limited investment in employee certifications for fields like cloud technologies or InfoSec, which are critical to keeping up with evolving tech trends. Although we do have internal Growth programs but keeping a budget for employees would be a great addition.
