It feels like a place where people are trying to make each other better. Leadership is also very accessible and engaged. There is a clear focus on customers, employees, and continuous improvement. I have seen leaders ask for feedback, listen to ideas, and give people room to take ownership when they identify a better way to do something. As a Customer Success Manager, I also appreciate how much the company cares about customers. The focus is not just on the product, but on helping customers get value, remove roadblocks, and succeed.
