      Pros

      Lots of pros and cons of working with a globally distributed company, but the people at Airbase really do make the day to day so enjoyable. Equal parts talented, driven, personable, and down to earth.

      Classic startup answer - there can be a lot going on, all at once, juggling projects and priorities.

      Fully remote company that's lead by an all-star leadership team. Amazing, market-leading tool with a very exciting roadmap that's solving a HUGE problem for customers. Unlimited PTO. The first Friday of every month is a company wide day off. Everyone at the company is supportive, humble, intelligent and extremely motivated to achieve Airbase's goals. You are recognized for your achievements and supported after your shortcomings, too.

      Cons

      Fast paced which can be overwhelming at times. Sometimes it's hard to find a suitable time for everyone to be on a meeting when working on a specific project or task across multiple timezones.
