Pros
- The mission is very inspiring and impactful. - The work environment is nice compared to other places. - The work is highly scientific, and it satisfies the desire to work in a science-driven environment.
Cons
- There's no salary transparency at all in the company. - Sometimes processes are a bit messy as the company is transitioning from a start-up to a mid-sized company. - Not all managers have a servant leader mindset; sometimes, the environment feels very hierarchical.

Pros
Great people and interesting projects. It’s a more secure start-up than many others. Management keeps it growing on a steady level, which avoid layoffs. They are also very understanding about people’s particular life situations.
Cons
Sometimes there is extensive time pressure so, some project could have longer timelines. Some tasks can be quite repetitive (but that can be mitigated by changing projects).
