      Great company ethos and dynamic team. They are leaders in the innovation and hackathon space.

      Cons

      As the company is growing globally, it created silos and made it hard to get the answers. In the end, it could have been just growing pains.

      Open innovation is the future of innovation. It’s magical to bring Fortune 500 companies to open up their horizon and collaborate with startups and students from all over the world

      Lack of vision in the management team and difficulty to push growth forward. Resistance to change and high centralization of decision making.

      - HR process is transparent from the very beginning - You get to meet all the relevant people (HR, team, top management) - The case study will definitely help you feel if you want to go further - The company culture is very open and startup/entrepreneurship minded - The team is REALLY cool and diverse - The offices rock (The Hive in Sheung Wan)

      Cons

      - The recruitment process is long and 'heavy' (eg case study), so it's definitely an investment - Being a startup, the company won't have the clear guidelines like in a big corporate so you have to like taking ownership of your projects and be proactive
