You will grow professionally here and valued by the company. The product (platform) itself is interesting and has improved significantly in the past few years.

Due to its innovative and collaborative culture, things are not always structured or organized that led to inefficiency. There was also several ownership/management changes in recent years that made us feel directionless. However, this seems to have finally settled down but still in a transitional period.
