      Great team culture, but centralized management and low pay

      Pros

      The people working in the company are very good people. The sense of a team that works together, and push boundaries is real.

      Cons

      The CEO is very centralized manager type, he's not letting go from decisions. He wants to control every aspect of the GTM strategy and execution. The salary is very low considering other companies.
