I have been working at AgilOne full-time

    Pros

Some good fellow workers with experience and passion to do the right thing.

    Cons

Favoritism and lack of management skills by CEO. Many workers, not all put in less than a full weeks work.

    Advice to Management

Provide better and consistent feedback to reports rather than fighting fires. BOD replace the CEO.

I have been working at AgilOne full-time

    Pros

Excellent product, good benefits, freedom and flexibility, nice people, free food, relaxed dress code, friendly atmosphere, family culture, no micro management. From engineering perspective you will get to learn lot of cool stuff and the technology stack is just amazing. They are small enough to avoid the bureaucracy that hold back many larger firms.

    Cons

Upward mobility is becoming difficult to achieve. Process can be improved.

I have been working at AgilOne full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Working at AgilOne has been an enjoyable experience thus far. One of the best things about AgilOne for me has been the work-life balance that I have achieved. My work challenges me every day. However, I am still able to find time for myself and family. I have a manager that cares about the well-being of his staff and makes significant efforts to balance workloads during busy times.
The ethnical diversity and the sense of community that is embedded into the company culture make everyone feel welcome. Omer, our CEO, does a great job at making everyone feel welcome to the company. He even hosts employee welcome dinners at his home. Needless to say, AgilOne is a great place to work, and I would strongly recommend anyone thinking about a move to apply.

    Cons

    Limited infrastructure in some departments

I have been working at AgilOne full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Dynamic, start up culture with a great leadership team, and very talented and experienced sales consultants and client account managers. Our mature client base of retailers realize great benefits through our platform and achieve measurable results which drive ROI. This is a very collaborative culture where input is welcome and encouraged. I would highly recommend working at AgilOne, as our value proposition is unique and compelling for omni channel retailers.

    Cons

Love the flexibility of working from home and in NYC office but would like to be at HQ quarterly.

    Pros

AgilOne is providing innovative data-driven marketing solutions to retailers - it has a unique position in the marketplace which makes it interesting, challenging, and fun to sell. Like any Silicon Valley based start-up, the culture requires all employees to be self-starters, scrappy, and have a whatever-it-takes attitude. Everyone working so hard together has created a family-like bond for many employees to enjoy. Successes and company milestones are celebrated as a team.

    Cons

If you're not a self-starter and expect things to be handed to you, you probably won't enjoy it.

I worked at AgilOne full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

As an intern I got a lot of client exposure and learnt a lot from interacting directly with the backend of the product.

    Cons

When you grow you stretch part of you, this is true of anything especially startups. But you get to grow with the company, mistakes are made, battles are won. This is what makes working for a fast paced company so fulfilling

    Advice to Management

Help people realize that TechCrunch is not the reality. Sure, things aren't always ideal (and actually never will be) but the ride is meant to fun and meaningful

    Pros

Special breed of employees, opportunities to explore bunch of new technologies, relaxed environment and off course the CEO is a top class chef.

    Cons

You might feel like an outsider if you're not working at the HQ. Sometimes, a lot of things to catch up with.

    Advice to Management

Integrate employees especially the ones not working at the HQ
