      Went to a lot of events solo

      Cons

      -Low pay because they never push jobs through. I was signed on with a very low rate while being promised a huge commission which I don’t think ever happened even once despite the countless opportunities I brought in. -All programming is done in Pakistan, I had to be available at odd hours to communicate with my teams -Team separation- I wasn’t able to communicate with Devs about timelines and completions, left completely in the dark -two employees left as soon as I signed on -weird dynamic with women employees

      Messy Org with Lots of Turnover

      Pros

      Agency experience and fast paced environment, you get the opportunity to work with lots of different clients

      Cons

      High turnover, and you’re expected to work over numerous accounts - more than most agencies would expect. The insurance is terrible and you’ll be paid below market value. The management team is triple the size of the other teams and they all play favorites.
