      A good company with flexible hours and great culture

      Pros

      Helpful, friendly result-oriented team. Generally decent culture. No bureaucracy. Newer technologies are used. Proper software development process - code reviews, CI/CD, etc. Good salary. Standard health benefits.

      Cons

      Some parts of the products have very old technologies that still have to be supported. No additional benefits (like free food/gym/...). Tight deadlines sometimes. Some organizational challenges come completely unannounced.

      - Very friendly and helpful people to work with. They're supportive, and always try to make sure you feel comfortable and a part of the team. - Management is generally approachable. - The company tries to do events like games and lunches to have some fun

      Cons

      - Communication/information from higher level can take a little long to get to the staff.
