    Pros

Team environment, quality training, good corporate events

    Cons

Depending on position, the work-life balance can be lost. Aecon takes projects all over the world, therefore remote work can be expected for many roles.

    Advice to Management

Management should clearly explain the expectations regarding travel and work hours.

I have been working at Aecon full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Good benefits, some business units work well together.
Some people are very helpful and will go out of their way to help you do your job

    Cons

Poor management skills among all management. They don’t communicate well with their staff at all.
There is not enough pay for the work that you actually do and you are never rewarded for going above and beyond.

    Advice to Management

Communication is key in providing your employees with an environment that they want to stay in. I think this will be the year we see a lot of people leave
