      FH. is a great place to work to meet and make new friends

      Cons

      We are all definitely underpaid, and even though a person may be hired as "full time", one hardly ever makes their hours. You are worked like a mule, and if you would ever liked to transfer or pursue a different opportunity, you are expected to give a "4" week notice or you go on a "non rehire" status.

      Good reinforcement; you’re never alone in an emergent situation.

      Cons

      How much support you have on floor really depends on where you work. There are some floors where there is such a strong night shift vs day shift battle, that the important stuff isn’t getting focused on. You must never be sick, which as a nurse is kind of ridiculous. You’re disciplined if you’re out more than two days in a running two month period. So if you get something that knocks you off your feet for a week, you’re screwed.
