Cons
How much support you have on floor really depends on where you work. There are some floors where there is such a strong night shift vs day shift battle, that the important stuff isn’t getting focused on. You must never be sick, which as a nurse is kind of ridiculous. You’re disciplined if you’re out more than two days in a running two month period. So if you get something that knocks you off your feet for a week, you’re screwed.
