65+ hour work week is not normal

Owners are the only managers, and they expect employees to work a minimum of 60 hours a week. No true leadership, or chain of command to follow for processes and guidance. Happy Hour every Friday-(Mandatory and forced to attend; so there's nothing happy about it. Generally ends up being a presentation not to be confused with a social happy hour) No 401K, or other retirement benefit. The stock they gave us when hired is worth $0 unless we can make something of this company. Expected to work on holidays. Having to do things the "owners way" just because he wants to is by far the most frustrating we deal with. Because we know we will have to redo all of it from scratch once it fails.
