      Pros

      Motivates their employees to maintain a healthy state of mind by offering various benefits, promoting work-life balance in true sense. Super dynamic environment which fosters growth. Employees perform better with a lot of learning through various paid platforms which is offered at no cost.

      Cons

      The company is growing so if it demands fast paced learning to evolve with the market, I won't call it a con. Some people may see it in a negative way but I would say, it pushes me everyday to perform better and align myself with the industry.
