It's a job that you can learn from depending on what program you assigned.
Cons
You will not be paid your worth. There is a lack of stability in leadership. On the outside it looks great but on the inside it's rotten to the core. The leadership will start a project but not follow through. If you want to be a Stepford wife or husband this is the place for you. Your skill on knowledge in your area doesn't matter, what matters is how well of a puppet you can be. If you want to grow or use your skills don't go there.
