      Pros

      You will get paid on time. There is no cost insurance for staff members.

      Cons

      There is a lack of ethics in the upper management. They play favorites and talk about their staff behind their backs—high turnover rate, especially in the Head Start Department. You can not depend on the trustworthiness of the company's leadership. Finally, they have a 120-day wait period before you can access vacation days or acquire sick leave.
