The clients themselves and the actual work with them were genuinely rewarding and meaningful.

Cons

- I ended up spending more time checking Slack messages on weekends than actually resting, even though no one ever directly said it was required. - There was an unspoken expectation of constant availability. - Emails often came in late in the evening. - Every day ended with new tasks waiting that supposedly could not wait until morning. - After about two years, there was no clear separation between work and personal life.

I spend most shifts helping patients through exercises, mobility routines, and recovery sessions throughout the clinic. More confidence assisting patients during stressful rehabilitation periods. Better patience handling emotional situations. The environment is also more supportive than my previous jobs.
