I applied online and received an invitation to interview later that day. The fact that it was Sunday did not seem to perturb anyone - in retrospect, weekdays don't really matter, you are expected to be willing to work at all times. I had two interviews overall and decided to withdraw from the subsequent interview process. The biggest red flag for me was zero work-life balance and fair warning that office days may well run into office nights (!!!). Yes, the compensation offered was pretty generous, but not generous enough to compensate for all the expected overtime which is unpaid.
The interview stages I went through were a 1:1 interview with the CEO and a panel interview with one more senior executive present. The next stage would be a skills test of some description - the company was still undecided which format it was going to follow. I withdrew my application from the process at that stage.
