Management team is Young and Dynamic Open minded and supportive Employer Flexible and innovative Competitive salary w/ great incentives Flexible work schedule Great communication Welcomes employee feedback ,and suggestions Values there employees individual assets and places the employee in a position to shine there individuality skills and unique qualities ! Always improving and constantly rewarding both monetarily and verbally recognizing the employees part to play in that growth !
Cons
This company is only 5 yrs young but is growing at lightening speed so it will make some mistakes and still has some growing pains !This being said they are constantly changing and restructuring but nothing that isn’t quickly recognized ,rectified and improved !
