No perks/no compensatory offs/no extra pay for night shift or saturday shift.

Veeeery bossy HR. They will treat you like a labour. Increaments are released after 6 month delays. Worst company for a fresher since they use outdated technologies. The infrastructure and place were the office is worst. During monsoon you would need boats to reach the office. Food is very bad There are barely any girls in development and men are totally foul mouthed. They would make you beg to keep tissues in washroom. Lala type company and no mnc culture. Barely any outings and if it happens, they are of low quality ( girls don’t even think to go) Very less career opportunities. Girls v/s boys ratio is the poorest( especially in development team)
