The current CEO Ivan Koh do not appreciate employee who fought hard for APM and often insult employee with nasty word and Mirco manage team as result lot of people left. Landlord representive often mirco manage dept under APM and create problem and obstacle for working employee. As a result most of people left.. If you do not want to being Mirco manage pls not join..The internal system is a trash using email for approval instead of using integrate system
