Not part of the 'the boys club' in North America then you are not valued and management doesn't care about you. They just care about stats and their paychecks/raises that they get from YOU doing your best work! Communication is lacking and it seems Limerick either doesn't communicate well to the North American team or it's just the North American team that is lacking which is true also. Management/TL positions are given to people that shouldn't be in that role and have no idea how to manage a team. Micro Management at it's finest here. They do everything backwards with no real rhyme or reason for doing it. Bureaucracy! Don't think about asking questions or offering feedback, it won't be accepted and will be frowned upon.
