Health benefits could be better; better gym needed; doing too many things at once with company strategy

Poor management, very unprofessional team manager who was never there and when she was she micromanaged. She was in charge of the BAs and had no clue what she was doing. She complained and degraded other managers and coworkers in front of me...extremely unprofessional and she was sexist. Hired her friends and treated them like they were untouchable. This company is full of unhappy people and my manager was the worst. The definition of passive aggressive. She slighted you behind her back. Does not know how to handle people let alone manage them
