Not a very friendly place to work

networking with other companies, work life balance.

Cons

Don't give employees proper training, managers will ignore your questions and messages, some employees will raise their voices during meetings, management tries to sell extra products when customer was clearly not happy about it.

Pros

ADvendio has an awesome team and wonderful company culture. The management in both Chile and Germany has been great to work with- no micro management which I love. I've been with the company for about a year and couldn't be happier with my colleagues, managers, and the actual work itself.

Pros

- Competitive pay. - Always adding features to the product. - Learn Salesforce.com skills. - Nice co-workers. - Good work/life balance.

Cons

- Company president is all over the place. - Immoral HR practices - most countries require warnings to fire someone, I witnessed the company exploit legal loopholes, firing people without warnings but by claiming the position was being eliminated. Not illegal, but certainly immoral. - No performance reviews. - Very little contact with management, poor communication. - Lack of training.
