Pros
- People at the company are fun and friendly. - The company likes to celebrate a bit. Food for everyone once a month. - When it comes to company holidays, they are properly done. Very generous at treating their employees on the occasions like this. - You could have a light workout at the office once a week. Which surprisingly made you feel very refreshed.
Cons
- Salary was lacking. - Had to track time for tasks. You got paid based on how many hours were tracked. If you did more hours than the monthly target, you would be compensated extra. This made me feel like the only way to prove myself was to do more hours.
