      Pros

      - Excellent work life balance, plenty of time off and holidays - Tuition reimbursement - If you work in this department, you will be held to high standards of work which will only help you in your next job.

      Cons

      - The coworkers are great, but leadership needs development in this department. They are stuck in their ways and need to delegate tasks and trust their employees without micromanaging EVERY step of the way. That person's leadership needs to take charge and mentor this person before they drive away the few employees in that department. It can be a unnecessarily stressful environment.

      Total BS of a job, easy to do, regular office hours

      Cons

      Micromanagement, absolutely no culture. Sexual harassment, sexism, spineless org. If you take this job, its only a matter of time until you see this for yourself. Also no growth opportunities. Nepotism. Cant even send an email outside of the organization without 3 managers having to review it. Fire people for having mental illness. Legit just did that. That place is also very unhealthy financially, see for yourself on their website.
