      Total BS of a job, easy to do, regular office hours

      Cons

      Micromanagement, absolutely no culture. Sexual harassment, sexism, spineless org. If you take this job, its only a matter of time until you see this for yourself. Also no growth opportunities. Nepotism. Cant even send an email outside of the organization without 3 managers having to review it. Fire people for having mental illness. Legit just did that. That place is also very unhealthy financially, see for yourself on their website.

      Does not participate in Social Security, pay is relatively low, and raises are incremental and small. No financial incentive for working above and beyond.
