Business outlook

Pros

Management is very understanding and supportive of non-work related issues. The office is kept clean, and technology is kept up to date. Scheduling time out of the office couldn't have been easier. The modest advertising budget was effective. No busy work was ever assigned. If overstaffed, management was more than willing to allow someone time off. The infrequent reports assigned were easily developed and completed, with all necessary data easily available. Employees are encouraged to develop relationships with senior underwriters and Sales Managers.

Cons

Management not as supportive of employees decisions as could be. Projects were frequently re-assigned without notice or reason. Somewhat absentee management. Although the office was kept clean, it was cluttered.
