Working in ablerex electronics. You can really learn whole skill on the company product. Is it good to gain experience in this company and move forward to the same line company.
Cons
Salaries increment approx 2 years or 3 years review. However for those newly join, they will do adjustment after 1 year however in more than 1 year in the company. Management will remain silent on pay increasment. And 13 month was depend company yearly performance. Bouns was not entitlement after a commission scheme was impediment.
