      I had a pleasant initial conversation with their HR lead.

      Cons

      After doing an interview with the hiring manager, which probably saw me as not a fit, I did not receive any response from HR. It's my expectation that HR should be providing a response to any decision, just to provide closure to candidates. I've tried following up with HR but had no response.

      Cons

      No work life balance No job security Will be expected to work on weekends and festival holidays due to understaffed and poor code architecture which is always failing You will be made to work like you own the company but paid like you sweep the floors there
