The bosses are so kind and we had a very friendly work environment and culture. No toxicity and no politics.

Pros

- Good salary and granted annual salary increase. - Overtime pay beyond 8 hours. Another overtime pay with different rate beyond 8.5 hours. - Government mandated leaves and benefits. - Leaves can be converted to cash or carried over to the following year. - Life and accident insurance. - Health insurance. Can be improved according to others, but I was able to use it multiple times with no hassle. - De minimis allowances. - Perfect attendance paid bi-weekly. - Retirement plan paid by the company. No contribution is deducted from salary. - Hyflex set up wherein you will be asked to go to the office for 3x a month only, but still optional if you live beyond 40 kms from the office. - Good work environment and colleagues (most except the people who post rudely here in Glassdoor). Yes we are a family, and yes it is possible to be friends with your workmates. - Overtime is discouraged. - No politics. - I don't know why the policies are being questioned, when they are well-explained during job offer and onboarding process (like the 3-year bond). The reason behind the policies are also explained and if there are questions on the policies, the HR is always open to explain them. - The upper management is always open to suggestions and changes (But when they ask people, no one says anything. How can posting rudely help when they can be told to the management through the internal anonymous platform?). - HR is concerned on everyone's well-being, including HEALTH. - The project managers are good. The company won't retain/get new clients if they are not good right? Because they are the ones facing the clients. I am quite new in the company and I have worked with the most wonderful people I've met in my career life. My project manager is very supportive and does not leave me behind if I encounter problems. I have workmates who have worked here for 4 years or more. I learn a lot since I am not too skilled when I started working here. I am exposed to the same framework so far, but different tasks, so I am always challenged with what I do.

Pros

1. I believe salary is good but can be better. 2. Annual increase and you can ask if not satisfied but of course you have to earn it. 3. Peter and Pam are not strict they just want disciplined people. 4. PM's are good and easy to communicate with and yet they are still trying to get better for their developers. 5. PM's acknowledge the good work of their developers. 6. PM's/Seniors are welcoming suggestions from their juniors. 7. Bosses are listening to their employees, they ask for your feedback or if you need anything to improve your work. 8. No politics, if you're good then you are going to get promoted. No bias in age or yrs of tenure. 9. Free certifications and re-try. 10. HR is always open for communication about anything. 11. Free foods or meryendas weekly and when monthly awarding. 12. Leave credits is good now because of the additional base on your tenure. (Example that they are doing something to satisfy their employees needs) 13. Retirement plan. 14. Free drinks/medicine/snacks in the office.

Cons

1. Please remove the leave deduction for Special Holidays. 2. Give us a bit of free time to learn new technologies especially if needed for a project, so that we don't start the project with spaghetti code or with bad implementation. 3. Better HMO. 4. Additional benefits.
