The Indian team is run by a group of people who prefer experience and age over knowledge and talent. Especially the training department is outdated in their practices and work. They use MS teams to conduct interviews and meetings which by itself makes the interview and meetings pathetic. They only recruit those who can meaninglessly fill a vacant position without contributing anything towards the job role. Everyone right from the Learning and Development team to the designing team should upgrade their knowledge and skills which they will never do because they think they know it all. I had a very bad experience in this company and I don't recommend it to anyone as you will have nothing to learn or grow here.

- Get fired easily without any prior notice if you are not placed with US clients, therefore employees often feel insecure about the job. - They do not provide company laptops and personal laptops are often filled with a lot of software and files that are related to work. - Working hours are very hectic, 7 pm-4 am or 6 pm- 3 am, it's fully US timing even though they say they respect us. and the night allowance paid is very less taking the time into consideration.
