    Business Development Representative Interview

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Percolate (Montreal, QC) in June 2016.

    Interview

I did a total of 5 Skype interviews for the role as I was living abroad- the interviews were well structured, and everyone was really friendly. Got the sense that they were really looking for communication skills and being a fit for Percolate's culture. The downside was that these interviews were spread out over multiple weeks, so setting up arrangements for a potential move became hard to plan.

How Our Team Plans Events with Percolate

Since the start of 2019, Percolate's field marketing team has undertaken four sporting game mixers, eight VIP dinners, three conferences and four roadshow events. So, how does a small but mighty team do it? The answer is pretty simple - we use Percolate! It might seem unexpected to use a content marketing platform (CMP) for event planning.
