    Pros

Clear line of sight to the mission, team is pulling together and offering the customer base a revised vision, enabling their success which is leading to Global Advocates sharing their stories with a key list of new clients choosing Percolate. The team is driven, focussed with supportive and smart Executive Leadership. An extremely bright future for all who embrace the opportunity.

    Cons

Embracing change for some takes longer than others.

    Advice to Management

Do more of the same and keep driving the Mission across all teams for single alignment. Thank you

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Percolate (Montreal, QC) in June-2016.

    Interview

I did a total of 5 Skype interviews for the role as I was living abroad- the interviews were well structured, and everyone was really friendly. Got the sense that they were really looking for communication skills and being a fit for Percolate's culture. The downside was that these interviews were spread out over multiple weeks, so setting up arrangements for a potential move became hard to plan.
