JOB OVERVIEW

STEALTH Media is building a strong company culture with people who genuinely enjoy coming to work and taking on new creative challenges. We’re looking for a Multi-Disciplinary Designer with strong expertise in Figma and the Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), a sharp eye for detail, and a passion for high-quality design.

The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio with a solid focus on UI design, while also demonstrating experience across branding, print, editorial, and digital. This role works closely with the Lead Designer, Project Manager, and the wider STEALTH team to elevate our clients’ brands and deliver thoughtful, well-crafted design solutions.

Success in this role requires the ability to manage multiple projects, work independently, and consistently deliver high-quality work while meeting deadlines.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work across multiple design disciplines, including UI/UX, branding, print, editorial, social media, and email campaigns
• Design projects from concept to final delivery, aligned with client briefs, brand guidelines, objectives, budgets, and timelines
• Collaborate closely with the Lead Designer, Copywriters, and Developers
• Contribute ideas, share feedback, and collaborate with the design team to continuously raise the quality of work
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices to keep client work fresh and competitive

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of professional design experience
• Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work and refined visual taste
• Solid foundation in graphic design principles, including layout, typography, and colour
• Experience translating wireframes into polished UI designs

• Comfortable receiving and applying feedback from clients and the Lead Designer

• Collaborative mindset with a teachable attitude, open to learning and sharing knowledge with the team
• Ability to leverage AI tools as part of a modern design workflow

EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interactive Design, Graphic Communications/Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts or a related field.
• A relevant post-graduate degree, diploma or certificate is an asset.

SALARY

Negotiable based on experience & demonstrated competencies.
