  1. Full Stack Developer Interview

    Easy Interview
    Application

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Crowdlinker (Toronto, ON) in Apr 2021

    Interview

I'm not really sure if they wasted my time or if it was a genuine decline.

The first interview was with the recuiter which was just a get-to-know-you call which lasted no more than 15 minutes. I was then given an assignment to create a simple MERN stack application with authentication. I had a 5 day deadline but I submitted it the same day and I honestly feel I did better than expected.

However, a few days letter I got an email saying my work was very impressive but they wont be moving forward with my application. Make it make sense to me?
    Interview

Create a full stack (MERN) application with both frontend and backend that can get/post data from a database, and include authentication using any library of your choice. Only need the basic functionality and no fancy frontend required. Deadline within 5 days.
